If you believe it necessary to cancel your registration, we will issue a full refund minus a $25 administration fee for cancellations made at least 10 business days prior to the event.

The registration fee is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 10 business days prior to the event. In those cases, you may transfer your registration fee as credit towards a future training course at no additional cost or arrange for a substitute person to attend.

If you fail to attend the seminar or notify us on the day of the seminar, no registration fees will be refunded.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any event with reasonable discretion. In the event of cancellation by us, registration fees will be refunded in full. We shall have no further liability.
